Our shower switch broke. So I ordered another on Amazon Prime for next day delivery. I got an email saying it had ben dispatched.
It didn’t arrive, nor the next day, not the next day. So I tried to contact Amazon.
So the artificial idiot says it wasn’t dispatched, yet the carrier picked up the package??? I can’t get a refund as it is still expected to arrive. So I checked the article on the site.
Hmm, not available. I waited another day but just kept getting the same message from the idiot. So I then asked for a refund, and it was generously agreed by Amazon
So I have returned an item which I have never seen!
I’m now off to Screwfix for a shower switch.
